30-Day Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original, resellable condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Show no signs of washing, damage, alteration, or wear

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, Arden Monroe will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection

If you are returning an item due to preference, sizing, or personal selection, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not reimbursed.


How to Initiate a Return

    Email info@ardenmonroe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the authorized return shipping address.

  3. Prepare Your Package
    Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and included materials.

  4. Ship the Item
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent without initiating a return request may experience processing delays.


Return Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.

Only approved returns that comply with our policy conditions will proceed to refund processing. If a return does not meet eligibility standards, you will be notified via email.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must also be initiated within 30 days of delivery. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

Products designated as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” will be clearly identified in the product description at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
