2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard shipping (CAD $0) on all orders delivered within Canada. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a verified issue related to product quality within 30 days of delivery, please contact our support team and we will assist you in accordance with our Return Policy.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the current processing status of your order.
